Entered the world of executive search at Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris bureau, where she was the European Director of Research for 17 offices, reporting directly to the President of Heidrick & Struggles in Europe. Beyrouti also consulted in the firm’s entertainment and consumer/retail practices, placing candidates throughout Europe, the former Soviet Union and the Middle East. After relocating to Los Angeles in 1997, she has conducted searches for Whitehead Mann and cFour Partners, a Southern California boutique serving the high-tech world. Beyrouti’s professional experience also encompasses feature film production and distribution in Germany and Italy, and two years in international business development with Los Angeles-based Divx, which pioneered the pay-per-view home video system on encrypted DVD.
Beyrouti holds an MBA degree from The European School of Business in Paris, France, and is fluent in English, French, German and Italian. |
