In addition to leveraging our network, we are extremely methodical in our approach, always generate original research and employ a variety of tactical recruiting tools, such as databases, online communities and associations.
We work closely with our clients to define the position(s) they are trying to fill and to understand their business needs and goals, always taking personality and culture fit into consideration. We create a recruiting strategy; map out target industries and companies; discuss off-limits; agree on timelines to set expectations; and update our clients weekly. |

Position Description |
Once we have all of the information regarding the position and the ideal candidate’s background, we draw up a candidate profile and a position description for your approval, which we will share with industry sources and potential candidates. |
Research and Candidate Identification |
Simultaneously, we start with the identification of candidates through targeted research, direct sourcing, internally generated candidates and our database, as well as within appropriate online and offline networks and alumni associations. These resources will enable us to identify a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates. We are committed to equal opportunity recruitment and the presentation of diverse slates of qualified candidates to our clients. |
Candidate Development and Interviewing |
We thoroughly interview qualified candidates to obtain a realistic understanding of their accomplishments, skill sets, behavioral characteristics, motivations and growth potential. The candidates are evaluated to determine their strengths and any limitations they would bring to the position. Candidate profiles will be presented to you for each candidate we recommend you interview. We will report on the search progress weekly or biweekly by phone or e-mail and will meet with you personally, when appropriate, to review progress on the assignment. |
Candidate Selection and Reference Checks |
Once the client has completed the interviewing process and a final candidate has been identified, we perform reference checks, verify educational credentials, provide input on a candidate’s desired compensation, assist the client in formulating an offer and act as intermediaries in the negotiations until an agreement is reached.
When the search is completed, we follow up with both the client and the candidate over a period of time to facilitate a smooth transition and to help resolve any issues that may arise. |
